Hello!

From walk-in robes to a home office or butler’s pantry, a buyer’s wishlist is always well thought out before the search kicks off. But sometimes you don’t know what you really want until you see it. Like having your very own milk bar.

A recently listed property at 34 Cubitt Drive, Denham Court, NSW ticks every box for the luxury buyer. There’s a home gymnasium so big you’d swear you need a membership for it, a home bar, a huge pool and even a home theatre. But it’s the addition of a private milk bar that has buyers talking – the ultimate old-timey retreat for fans of a Bubble O’ Bill.

The milk bar comes complete with a Chuppa Chup stand, a Streets ice cream fridge, a cash register circa ’85 and a seemingly endless variety of soft drinks. The nostalgic booths have upholstered seating and a shared table, and there’s even an adorable jukebox thrown in.

But the incredible features of the house certainly don’t end with the milk bar; the home comes with every feature you’d expect in a high-end home. For starters, the house sits on a huge lot of 2.4 acres (developed by award-winning landscaper, Dean Herald) and was created to feel and look like luxe resort living.

Six huge bedrooms cater to house guests and extended family, and each comes with spacious walk-in robes. The lavish bathrooms take home bathing to a whole other level and palatial living zones cater to the most discerning of guests.

But that’s not to say the home doesn’t come with its fair share of fun. A home theatre with a massive screen is ready for moving nights and a truly resort-worthy pool is fit for the longest summer.

You’ll also find a 12-car garage on hand for your vehicle collection, a weather-resistant outdoor pavilion for year-round entertaining and a flood-lit tennis court for practising that slice backhand.

As for the asking price, you’ll have to contact the agent for that, but realestate.com.au puts Denham Court’s median at $1.12 million.

There’s definitely a lot to love about this showstopper. But it’s the milk bar (and that icy pole fridge) that’s really stolen our hearts.
