Henley and Villawood have proudly announced the completion of its 7-star Good Friday Appeal Auction House, for which 100% of proceeds go to The Royal Children’s Hospital.
Positioned on a 476m2 block just 30km west of Melbourne’s CBD, 8 Monferrato Avenue, Tarneit is a labour of love involving donated resources from over 100 tradies and suppliers.
“Everyone knows someone who’s needed The Royal Children’s Hospital at some stage. That’s why the auction means so much to the people who donate their time and expertise and materials to build this house.”
Rory Costelloe, Villawood Properties
Introducing The Henley Lily 352-D38
The freshly built two-storey home comprises four bedrooms, two bathrooms and all the luxury inclusions and smart design you’d expect in a modern 7-star Australian home.
Set on a white palette, the crisp kitchen boasts a spacious island bench, a butler’s pantry, abundant storage and a window splashback that welcomes loads of natural light. It joins an informal dining area and living zone that connects directly with the rear patio and outdoor entertainment area.
Complete Family Living
A separate theatre or rumpus room gives kids a dedicated retreat and the additional study provides a quiet place for students or work-at-home parents to concentrate.
Each of the three standard bedrooms features walk-in robes, while the fourth master bedroom comes with an enormous dressing room big enough for even the largest shoe collection. A luxe ensuite includes a freestanding bathtub, double vanity and oversized shower.
Outside, the kids will be thrilled to bits! Aside from the covered alfresco area, lawn and garden, the yard also features a sports surface and a freestanding basketball ring.
With an alarm and intercom system plus ducted cooling, heating and vacuum throughout, this house ticks every single box for the growing family.
It even comes fully furnished for the lucky buyer.
“On auction day, the atmosphere is electric as the community gathers. It’s not just about the auction; it’s a vibrant street party filled with joy, laughter, and the shared belief in making a positive difference in the lives of those who need it most.”
Simon Gough, Henley Properties Group
The Tarneit house becomes the 45th Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal auction home and the 78th house built and donated through Henley’s Philanthropy Program.
In 2023, the Good Friday Appeal ‘Henley Electra’ house was sold at auction for $1,010,000 with every cent going to supporting sick children at The Royal Children’s Hospital.
