Want to own what is reportedly the second most photographed home in the US after the Whitehouse? Now you can!

The iconic mid-century home of Carol, Mike, Marsha, Greg, Cindy, Peter, Bobby and Jan has been freshly renovated to look just like the 1970s sitcom, The Brady Bunch. And it’s up for sale right now.

Complete with a Formica orange bench (yes, really!) and one of tv’s most memorable staircases, the house has been meticulously recreated to include every detail you’d expect in the Brady home.

Even the famous credenza and horse sculpture are there.

In the official listing, Compass Real Estate describes the home as having “soaring ceilings, big windows and sliding glass doors which fill the space with natural light.”

The property includes blue bunks, pink twin beds, Tiger’s dog house and a very groovy attic all on a 12,000 square-feet block, lined with citrus trees.

Located in LA’s North Hollywood, the five-bedder was sold to HGTV in 2018, who used the property as part of a series called ‘A Very Brady Renovation’ to give longtime fans a chance to watch the exciting transformation every step of the way.

According to the network, “HGTV invested $1.9 million and added 2,000 square feet to the property’s original footprint, including a full second story.”

The Brady Bunch House, including customised contents, is listed for US$5.5 million, with proceeds from the sale going towards an initiative that helps kids living with hunger in the US.
