From the high-performing Bespoke AI™ Washer and Dryer to the new mirror-finish Bespoke Mirror AirDresser, these intelligent appliances are enough to make anyone love their laundry.

These intuitive and sleek laundry appliances have just launched in leading retail stores this week, so this is your chance to see them for the very first time!

They’re the culmination of an entire year’s collaboration between Samsung, OceanWise and Patagonia to give consumers advanced AI features like the Less Microfiber Cycle, which is designed to directly reduce microplastic emissions. They’re specifically designed to save energy, water and detergent with each load of laundry.

Samsung Bespoke AI™ Front-Load Washers & Dryers

Samsung’s Bespoke AI™ front-load Washer and Dryer models are cleverly designed to tick all of the right boxes – they’re high performing, reliable and impeccably designed. But deeper than just the surface level of performance, they use the latest SmartThings enhancements and AI technology, including SmartThings Energy and SmartThings Clothing Care to make our lives easier.

Here’s how smart they are: the in-built intelligence and external control mean these new appliances learn your usage patterns and will personally automate your clothes washing and drying, based on your lifestyle, routines and preferences.

The Bespoke AI™ Front load washer includes BubbleWash™, turning detergent into bubbles that are quickly absorbed into the laundry at cooler temperatures. Its clever inclusions like this that have allowed the Bespoke AI™ Washer to achieve a 5-Star energy rating in all of its sizes – 9kg, 12kg and 18kg.

You’re even able to reduce your energy usage by using the AI Wash Cycle, which washes clothes thoroughly and gently using less water and detergent. The cycle is so clever it detects the weight and softness of the fabric in each load and analyses the levels of water turbidity while monitoring how dirty the laundry is. It’s constantly adjusting the soaking, rinsing and spinning times to get the best results for each laundry load.

The Bespoke AI™ Dryer also carries over the intelligent and energy-saving features. It uses Digital Inverter Compressor technology to dry each load quickly and efficiently using refrigerant to heat the air, instead of electricity. It’s also constantly monitoring the temperature and humidity and adjusting the settings to make sure the laundry is dried as efficiently as possible, and no energy is wasted.

Samsung’s 2023 BESPOKE AirDresser

Samsung has also launched the Bespoke Dresser, which keeps clothes fresh and sanitised. It gently uses air and steam to remove up to 99.9% of certain bacteria and dust mites from fabric, all from the comfort of your home. It’s able to freshen up five pants or five jackets at the same time and also includes a new long dress zone.
